Co-occurring Mental Health Conditions
We recognise that substance use and mental health are often closely interconnected. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive support for clients experiencing co-occurring mental health conditions, including burnout, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders and trauma-related disorders. Treatment is tailored to each individual and may incorporate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside individual therapy with our qualified healthcare professionals. By addressing
mental health and substance use together, we aim to help clients develop greater emotional stability, insight and resilience, while building the skills and strategies needed to support their recovery and overall quality of life.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
We take a neurodiversity-affirming approach to supporting clients with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), recognising and respecting neurological differences rather than viewing them solely through the lens of deficits or difficulties. Our in-house doctor and Occupational Therapist have particular experience in working with neurodivergent individuals and understand how ADHD and autism can influence emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationships, daily routines and the experience of addiction and recovery. Support combines individualised intervention with psychoeducation, practical life-skills development and strategies for navigating everyday challenges, while helping clients build confidence, self-esteem and a greater understanding and acceptance of their individual strengths and needs.
