Individual Therapy – One on One

We Offer Individual Therapy

Our 2 focal counsellors meet one-on-one with each guest once a week to help them articulate feelings, identify their defence mechanisms, and achieve insight into their behaviour and the roots of their addiction or dysfunction. We draw on a variety of well-established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy depending on each client’s unique makeup, challenges, and history.
