Esther grew up with a mother who cooked for Alan and his family, so she was exposed to Kosher cooking from a young age. In 2015, she took over from her mother and started cooking for Alan’s family herself. There she learned everything about homemade kosher cooking and developed a passion for it. Her signature dishes are scotch fillet, stews, and delicious cheesecake.

She is energetic, friendly, and cares about providing healthy, nutritious food to the FHR clients and staff.
