Mirelle Wong Cardoso

Mirelle is a Registered psychological counsellor with the HPCSA.Her specialties lie in individual therapy as well as group therapy with eleven years of working in rehabilitation centres, with over six of those years in top South African rehabilitation centres, she developed a wide range of skills in treating primary and integrative needs.She practices therapy from an integrative perspective drawing on different schools of psychological therapies- focusing on each person as unique and therefore they need to heal in the best way that suits them. Mirelle believes that empowerment and self-development is necessary as part of the trauma healing. Just as important is the family receiving their therapy process too. “Heal the whole family because the whole family hurts”.
